Dip your brush into the concealer. Work the brush in a back-and-forth motion onto the back of your hand.  Apply concealer over the darker areas under your eyes. Using your foundation sponge, blend the concealer in a stippling motion.You can also spot-apply the concealer over blemishes and around the nose.
